For product-specific help, use the developer contact or support link on the store page where you got your product.
Have the product name, version, and a short description of the issue ready.
01 Fab / Unreal Engine plugins +
Check that your plugin version supports your Unreal Engine version, and that the plugin is enabled in your project.
When reporting an issue, include your engine and plugin versions, steps to reproduce it, and the relevant Output Log messages. Remove private information from logs before sharing.
02 Video games +
Check for an available update and restart the game. Note the platform, game version, and where the issue happens.
For a bug report, include the steps that led to the problem and a screenshot if helpful. For purchase or refund questions, use the store where you purchased the game.
03 Android apps +
Check for an app update and restart the app. Include your device model, Android version, and app version when reporting an issue.
Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Avoid clearing app storage or reinstalling before checking whether your data is backed up.
04 What makes a useful bug report? +
Include the product name and version, your device or platform, the steps to reproduce the problem, and the actual result. Mention whether it happens every time and any workaround you have tried.
